ike & tina - nutbush city limits (1973)
i was just reading on facies (fb) about someone questioning if ike & tina covered bob segers "nutbush city limits"....uh-oh. that is pretty ridiculous i thought at first, but then i pondered. maybe that isnt so crazy because i am always stating the fact that ike & tina are the best cover band ever!.....then i pulled back again to my initial thought...yeah...thats just ridiculous. why dont you look it up before asking such silly questions for the public to see. bob seger. really?
but i should say that this IS tina's 1st attempt at writing and producing her own song. well thats not what ike would say.... he wrote whole goddamn thing! ahhhhh cocaine.
