there are just some songs that i could listen to for ever & ever...over & over again. this what some would call brainwashing, which i wouldnt debate. but i like to call it "ukiah". this term is taken from the location of the first settlement of jim jones' people temple. now think whatever you want about the outcome of jonestown, but i find a ironic beauty in the entire story. read about it or watch the documentary "jonestown: the poeple's temple". its greatness!
one of the last melodies heard from the camp in guyana before the mass destruction was ewf's "thats the way of the world" sung by the a young lady and a 4 piece band. an amazing dedication to the night. viva la ukiah! love-joy.
